Installing Voxtera AI on macOS

Requirements: macOS 12 (Monterey) or later, Apple Silicon or Intel.
Download the installer from voxteraai.com/download
Open the downloaded .dmg file
Drag Voxtera AI to your Applications folder
Open Voxtera AI — you may see a security warning on first launch
Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway
Sign in with your Voxtera AI account
Microphone permission: The app will request microphone access on first use. This is required for the AI Copilot and Interview modes. Grant access in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone.
